The Reset Account option lets you restart a failed challenge at a discount, right from your Metrix dashboard—no need to create a new account.
How It Works
When an account fails, a Reset Account button appears on your failed account's Metrix dashboard.
You can use this to immediately restart the same challenge, using your existing credentials and account setup.
The reset takes you directly to the payment stage, where your discount is applied automatically.
The reset feature becomes accessible immediately after your account has failed, only available for the next 48 hours.
Reset Pricing
First Reset: 50% off the original account price
Second Reset: 30% off the original account price
Resets beyond the second are not supported.
Discounts apply to the original price, not an already-discounted price.
Where to Find It
The Reset option is shown on the Metrix page for your failed account (visible only if the account has officially failed).
Important Notes
The feature is exclusive to the Metrix platform.
Reset keeps your current credentials (login details) and platform unchanged.
After using this feature, your account restarts from the Challenge Phase (Phase 1).
