The Reset Account option lets you restart a failed challenge at a discount, right from your Metrix dashboard—no need to create a new account.

How It Works

  • When an account fails, a Reset Account button appears on your failed account's Metrix dashboard.

  • You can use this to immediately restart the same challenge, using your existing credentials and account setup.

  • The reset takes you directly to the payment stage, where your discount is applied automatically.

  • The reset feature becomes accessible immediately after your account has failed, only available for the next 48 hours.

Reset Pricing

  • First Reset: 50% off the original account price

  • Second Reset: 30% off the original account price

  • Resets beyond the second are not supported.

  • Discounts apply to the original price, not an already-discounted price.

Where to Find It

  • The Reset option is shown on the Metrix page for your failed account (visible only if the account has officially failed).

Important Notes

  • The feature is exclusive to the Metrix platform.

  • Reset keeps your current credentials (login details) and platform unchanged.

  • After using this feature, your account restarts from the Challenge Phase (Phase 1).
