Reset Account Feature

If your account has failed, you now have the option to reset the same account directly from your Metrix page—no need to create a new one!


When you fail a challenge, you will now see a Reset Account button on your Metrix dashboard for that specific account. This allows you to restart the same challenge with the same credentials and account configuration.

How does the feature work?

Reset Pricing

You’ll receive special discounts when using the Reset feature:

  • First Reset: 50% off

  • Second Reset: 30% off

Note:

* Resets beyond the second are not currently supported.

* Discount is based on the original price of the account, before any promo code is applied.


Where to Find?

You can find the Reset option directly on the Metrix page of your failed account.


It will guide you straight to the payment stage, where the discount is automatically applied.


Notes

  • Reset is only available for accounts that have officially failed.

  • Credentials (login details) and platform remain the same.

  • This feature is only accessible via Metrix

  • Upon using this feature, your account will restart from the Challenge Phase (Phase 1)
